David Sidwick for Dorset PCC
Since March 2018 (and with increasing intensity from my date of selection as the Conservative candidate for Dorset Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) in March 2019) I have dedicated myself to understanding the role and preparing for both the campaign and the job.
It will be three years of talking to the people of Dorset and understanding what they want from a PCC.
My belief is that they deserve a candidate who does his homework and has a real passion for change to keep us all safer!
I'm determined to make Dorset a safer place for all who live in and visit our County. My vision is for Dorset to be the safest county in the UK.
I will do that with these priorities:
1/ having a first priority to cut crime and anti-social behaviour
2/ having robust visible community focussed policing to prevent crime
3/ fighting violent and organised crime wherever it occurs
4/ fighting rural crime
5/ by putting victims and communities first
6/ by making every penny count for Dorset
